Our application processing fee is $35.00 per applicant or per married couple.  All occupants 18 years of age and older are required to complete the application process and must be listed on the lease agreement.  The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

     The administration fee is required to hold a unit on your behalf and to pay for the administrative costs associated with leasing.  It is $150.00 and will only be refunded if your application is DENIED for any reason.  This payment should be made seperately from the application fee in the event of a denial of your application for easy reimbursement.

     All payments involved in the move-in process must be certified.  Please obtain a money order or cashier's check.  We will not accept personal checks, debit/credit cards, or cash in any circumstance.
